ORDER RECEIPT

After you submit your order, it will be transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format. For further information, please contact Customer Service at info@newmaskorder.com.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be emailed to you with the tracking information.

PRODUCTION TIME

The production time (excluding shipping transit time) is displayed on each product page.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order we will be happy to assist you, please contact Customer Service at orders@newmaskorder.com immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps possible to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING

Standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground with UPS’s published rates being charged. All inventory orders will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours of order receipt. Please note that this does not include actual shipping time. Exceptions are possible in the event of a backorder. All inventory orders during the holiday season will be shipped within 7 business days. Please note that this does not include actual shipping time. Exceptions are possible in the event of a backorder. Saturdays are not regular scheduled shipping days. If you need your order shipped via overnight, please contact Customer Service once your order is placed to arrange for Saturday delivery.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need a rush order, we ask that you place them by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time to ship the same day and this will incur a Rush Charge as well as expedited freight charges. Please contact Customer Service at orders@newmaskorder.com if rush service is required.

SALES TAX

Magentafy is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

PAYMENT

Please place your orders by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

RETURN POLICY

If you have a return request, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@newmaskorder.com. A Customer Service Representative will go over return options with you. Please note, you can initiate a return within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be received in new or unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment.

Unfortunately, items that are not held in inventory and are made-to-order cannot be returned unless defective. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, please contact our Customer Service Team.
